Business Ethics
The refinery prioritizes its people policy since it makes effective staff development and management possible as well as the creation of a cohesive team of professionals with common corporate goals. Thirty-one of LLP BK Energy’s 200 workers are young individuals. Every new employee at the plant has a professional degree at the highest level. Refinery workers typically have 30 years of experience.
The effectiveness of the activity is mostly dependent on how well-prepared LLP BK Energy staff members are to react quickly to changing market needs in order to meet the organization’s predetermined strategic goals and objectives. Thus, recruiting more staff is one of the main goals of LLP BK Energy’s personnel policy. In order to achieve the best possible balance between worker turnover and retention, LLP BK Energy developed competitive hiring practices. These guidelines offer a precise framework for selecting, recruiting, and changing employees in accordance with the refinery’s specifications.
Code of Conduct
The LLP BK Energy Code of Conduct was created based on the Business Principles and outlines the standards and norms of behavior that employees of the company are expected to adhere to. These are basic guidelines that explain to staff members how to apply the Business Principles, which are respect, honesty, integrity, and compliance with laws and regulations. The Code of Conduct addresses topics like: Preventing Corrupt Practices; Protecting Information and Communications; Health, Safety, Security, and the Environment; and National and International Trade.
Candidates must successfully pass testing, a structural unit interview, and a panel interview at the refinery competition committee in order to be considered for admission. Hiring is automated by “Electronic Recruiting” information technology, which also maintains resume flow visibility at all levels. A program designed for workers by LLP BK Energy simplifies the process of joining the labor collective, adopts established relationship norms, and explains the system of professional knowledge and abilities. Senior staff members have been placed in a personnel reserve and their training, certification, and internship processes have been accelerated.
